The first deliveries of the Ferro are expected in Q4 2025. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.

Yes. All our products are shipped with Track & Trace . You'll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €99 are free of charge. For smaller orders, we charge a flat rate that's displayed during checkout.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We currently ship to all countries within Europe .
Warranty & Returns
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day listening guarantee . Not satisfied? You'll simply get your money back.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Our products always include a returns form . You can easily return your Ferro via DHL . After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund immediately.
How long is my warranty? And what does it cover?
Our products come with a 5-year warranty .
If your Ferro turns out to have a technical defect, we'll pick it up, perform an inspection, and you'll receive a new one free of charge.
The Ferro can withstand a rain shower, but it can't swim. Therefore, water damage or damage from falls are not covered by the warranty.

How do I use the product immediately after receiving it?
The Ferro comes standard with at least 50% battery life , so you can use it right away. Press the button once, connect to your device, and you're ready to play music.
Is the product compatible with my devices?
Yes. The Ferro is compatible with all devices that have Bluetooth functionality , such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and TVs.
What should I do if something breaks or doesn't work?

Which payment methods do you accept?
