Shipping during Pre-sale

The Ferro is currently available for pre-order. This means your unit will be produced specifically for you. The expected delivery date is summer 2025. Once production is complete, we'll start shipping immediately in order of purchase.

- Expected shipping: Summer 2025

- Orders are processed in order of receipt

- You'll receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped

Shipping Costs

We don't charge shipping costs within the Netherlands. For other EU countries, the following rates apply:

• Netherlands: free shipping

• Belgium / Germany: €9.95

• Other EU countries: €14.95

All products are carefully packed in sustainable and protective packaging. This ensures your speaker arrives safely and undamaged.

Order Updates

During the pre-sale, we'll keep you regularly informed of progress. You'll automatically receive email updates about the production phase and expected shipping date.

Need to Change Shipping Address?

You can change your address until shipping. Send an email to info@artizta.audio with your order number.

Not Home for Delivery?

No worries. You can adjust your delivery or choose pickup at a collection point through the track & trace system.
