5-Year Warranty & Lifetime Service

At Artizta, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why you receive a 5-year warranty on your Ferro. Additionally, we offer lifetime service for support, advice, and potential replacements beyond the warranty period.

Warranty Terms (5 years)

✔ Is your product defective? You'll receive a replacement unit free of charge.

✔ Send an email to info@artizta.audio with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

✔ You'll receive a return label by email.

✔ After receiving and inspecting the defective product, we'll send a replacement unit as soon as possible.

✔ You are guaranteed a working product for at least 5 years.

What's not covered by the warranty?

✘ Drop, impact, or water damage

✘ Damage caused by improper use

✘ Intentional damage or disassembly

Lifetime Service

Even after the warranty period expires, we'll continue to be here for you. You can always contact us for parts, repairs, or refurbishment. We'll think along with you and find a suitable solution together.
