Welcome to Artizta.audio! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Artizta.audio and to every agreement established between you as a consumer and Artizta.audio B.V.

3. Product Information & CE Marking

All Artizta.audio products carry a valid CE mark and have been carefully tested according to applicable European safety standards. The specifications, performance, and intended uses of each product are clearly stated on the product page and in the included user manual.

4. Use & Safety

We strongly advise our customers to carefully read the user manual before use. It explains how to use the product safely and correctly. Damage resulting from:

• Water damage

• Drop damage

• Improper use

is not covered by the warranty terms and therefore not eligible for free repair or replacement.

5. Warranty & Service

All our products come with:

• 5-year warranty from delivery date

• Lifetime service – we're here to help even after your warranty period

For defects, after assessment and approval, you'll receive a replacement unit. Contact us at info@artizta.audio if you experience any issues.

6. Shipping & Return Policy

• Shipping within the Netherlands is free. International shipping costs are shown during checkout.

• Return shipping costs are covered by Artizta, provided the product falls within warranty terms.

• You have a 30-day consideration period. Not satisfied? You'll get your money back.

7. Pre-sale & Trust Account

During the pre-sale, we use a separate trust account. All payments are held in this account until we officially start production. Until then, a 100% money-back guarantee applies: you can cancel your order at any time without giving a reason. The full amount will be refunded immediately.

We will publicly announce when production officially begins. The target date is currently July 1, 2025. From that point, the pre-sale money-back guarantee expires and regular terms apply, including the right to a 30-day consideration period from product delivery.

During the pre-sale, Artizta.audio reserves the right to implement minor product improvements. These are always intended to optimize product quality or performance. The appearance and core functionalities remain unchanged.

8. Liability

Artizta.audio is not liable for:

• Indirect damage

• Consequential damage

• Loss of data or profit

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Modifications

Artizta.audio reserves the right to modify these terms. The most current version can always be found on our website.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to products, software, designs, documentation, and other materials provided by Artizta.audio remain with Artizta.audio or its licensors. Copying, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

 

12. Use Outside the EU

Our products carry CE marking and are designed for use within the European Economic Area (EEA). Use outside this area is at your own risk. Any export or import restrictions are the customer's responsibility.

13. Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy. This explains how we handle your personal data and what rights you have as a consumer.
