What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €99 are free of charge. For smaller orders, we charge a flat rate that's displayed during checkout.

If your Ferro turns out to have a technical defect, we'll pick it up, perform an inspection, and you'll receive a new one free of charge.
The Ferro can withstand a rain shower, but it can't swim. Therefore, water damage or damage from falls are not covered by the warranty.

How do I use the product immediately after receiving it?
The Ferro comes standard with at least 50% battery life , so you can use it right away. Press the button once, connect to your device, and you're ready to play music.

What should I do if something breaks or doesn't work?
