Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my Ferro?
The first deliveries are scheduled for Q2 2026. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation with track & trace. We will keep you updated by email, so you never have to guess where your order is.
I'm paying now but receiving the product later. How do I know my money is safe?
It's completely understandable that you ask that. Your payment doesn't go directly to us, but is parked in an independent Escrow account. Only when your Ferro is actually shipped will the amount be released to us. If, unexpectedly, something goes wrong, your money is safe and you can reclaim it.
What happens if the delivery is delayed?
We communicate openly about planning. In the event of any delays, we will immediately inform you of the reason, no vague updates. You then always have the choice to wait or to cancel your pre-order free of charge and receive your money back via the Escrow account.
What if I don't like the Ferro after all?
You have a 30-day trial period from the moment you receive it. Not satisfied? Simply return it and receive a full refund. No small print, no restocking fees.
What about the warranty?
The Ferro comes with a standard 5-year warranty. In addition, we offer lifetime service: even after the warranty period, you can contact us for repairs, parts, and support. We believe that a product of this caliber should last for decades.
Can I hear the Ferro before I order?
Yes, and we even recommend it. In our Experience Store in the center of Enschede, you can quietly listen to the Ferro while enjoying a cup of coffee. You can easily schedule an appointment via the website. On weekends, you're also welcome without an appointment.
Who is behind Artizta?
Artizta is a Dutch company, founded in Enschede. Our team designs, develops and assembles the Ferro in the Netherlands. We started with over 100 backers via Kickstarter and raised 298% of our target amount. Since then, we have further developed our technology, obtained a patent, and attracted investors who believe in our vision.
Why does the Ferro cost €599?
Because we make no concessions on sound, materials and technology. The Ferro works with a Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound chipset, Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast, powerful Class-D amplifiers, and six active speakers with separate sound chambers. Additionally, we assemble in the Netherlands, with fair working conditions and strict quality controls. You pay for what you get, not for marketing.
